Guacamole

Very tasty guacamole! I also added a finely chopped jalapeno pepper and a teaspoon of cumin to the mixture.

This casserole had a good taste and was pretty easy to make. It was a nice change from the regular sliced sweet potatoes that we usually have for Thanksgiving. Next time I will keep it a bit chunkier, because my family wasn't a big fan of the smoother texture.

Grilled Sea Bass

Oh my goodness! This recipe made the sea bass taste sooo good. I didn't have sea salt, so I used Kosher salt and the seasoning turned out just fine. I will probably scale back on the butter and garlic drizzle next time, as I ended up drizzling all of it on the fish and actually didn't need it. Overall, it made for a very tasty meal!

Broiled Grouper with Creamy Crab and Shrimp Sauce

This was a very tasty sauce and very easy to make. I seasoned and sauteed bay scallops in a little bit of olive oil and used them in the sauce instead of the crab and shrimp, and it was delish!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

These were absolutely wonderful! My 12 year old son finished the mushroom before anything else on his plate!! I followed the recipe, but also added a little bit of balsamic vinaigrette to the mixture before spooning onto the mushrooms. This gave them a bit more zing! Thanks for the recipe!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

WOW! The best pancakes my family and I have ever had at home. They were perfectly light and fluffy. We even added blueberries to some of them and they were fabulous!

My Crab Cakes

This is a great recipe! My whole family loved them! My 6 year old kept asking for more. In addition to all the listed ingredients, I added chopped celery to mine, used two cans of crabmeat instead of one, and used 1/2 the amount of crackers. They turned out just great!!

Bruschetta III

This was a BIG hit at my Thanksgiving dinner! I used diced tomatoes instead of sliced, and it was still wonderful! It was the first appetizer to disappear & even my 16 month old liked it!!
