Cassie's Wishy Chicken

Thanks Curt! This chicken is GREAT! I had to cook it in the oven (400 degrees for one hour) due to rainy weather. I made it the night before my husband's and son's birthday party and we reheated pieces on the grill, but it's even good cold. Everyone loved it.

Kentucky Butter Cake

This is absolutley one of the best cake recipes I've ever tried. It was super easy to make and tastes fabulous. I made it for my son's birthday picnic, and had several requests for the recipe. This one's a keeper!

Best White Icing Ever

This icing is teriffic! I used the half butter, half shortning directions. It is quick to make and tastes GREAT! My family loves it.
