These were great! I made them last night for the AFC title game, and they were a big hit. I used the whole wingette, (drummie and wing connected). It was easier to just pull apart later. I floured them, and put them in the fridge for two hours. I then baked them for 30 min. at 425 without the sauce. Then put the sauce on them for 15 min. Flipped, then sauced the other side. They came out crispy and tasty. I'd probably up the spiciness next time, but we had a little sauce left over, so I just drizzled that over the finished wings. Thanks so much!
