Crab Ceviche

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
Finally! A ceviche recipe that came out right the first time. I have had a terrible run of luck in about a dozen attempts with other seafood. This time I used fresh lump backfin, but followed all other ingredients and proportions exactly. So delicious! I can't wait to make this again. Thank you!

Pasta Pomodoro

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
I loved this recipe - I can't wait to try it with fresh ingredients as indicated. I was having a spaghetti-type craving but only had canned tomatoes, bouillon and dried herbs to work with. I highly recommend this method if you're ever in a pinch - it's still fantastic! I can't imagine how much better it will be once I make a run to the store!

Tasty Collard Greens

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
These greens were my contribution to Thanksgiving dinner last year. I've never tried making collards before so I followed this recipe exactly. To summarize, these will now be a staple for Thanksgiving dinner from now on (and probably more often.) What a huge hit! My boyfriend commented that they were even better than our favorite soul food restaurant! Thanks for making good food AMAZING!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
I LOVE this recipe - so much so that I claim it as my 'signature' dish. To save time and mess I often skip pounding, stuffing and dredging the chicken. Just saute chicken, set aside, prepare the sauce mixing in the cheese, lemon and seasoning, and add chicken back to the pan for a minutes. The feta does a great job of thickening the mixture. Use this recipe with thick fillets of snapper or rockfish too. Awesome!

Simple Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2012
Perfect recipe!!!! I had ground venison that needed to be used and a 30 person picnic to host. The game taste of the venison was completely non-existent because of the tomato and sugar combo and probably the soy sauce secret weapon. Everyone loved them and I ran out in less than an hour. Thanks so much!
