Apple Crisp III

Also used 1/2 brown sugar & 1/2 white sugar. Could stand a little more flour for the crumble part as it gets a little too clumpy. Baked in Pampered Chef stoneware. Turned out nice and would be good with ice cream or for breakfast.

Strawberry Vinaigrette

WAY too much olive oil. This makes a huge batch too. Added 3x as much sugar and a little organic strawberry spread to add some flavor as I found it bland on its own. With the additions, it was pretty tasty but I have SO much left over.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients are reminiscent of the Campbell's recipe for the chicken and rice bake. Used a crock pot on low, mixed liquids and rice together and placed chicken on top. While I like the flavor the onion soup mix gives the dish, the rice was absolute mush. The chicken was fine. Nothing special. I'll go back to the Campbell's recipe and bake in the oven.
