I wanted this to come out 5 stars so bad I even tried twice! Ok, here's what happened, I don't have a bread machine, so I followed the other suggestions and made it myself, I also allowed it to sit overnight in the fridge and then put them in a cold oven at 350*, here's where I think I went wrong. After 30 min, they didn't look brown and the inside looked too gooey so I turned off the over and allowed them to sit in there for several more minutes. This was my mistake because both times this happened and both times they were too done. I guess I might try again because this is such a highly rated recipe I want to experience the ooey gooey goodness that everyone claims comes from this recipe but it migh just be one of those things you have to perfect. Also flipping the cinnamon rolls over right out of the oven was probably one of the saving graces because it does coat the rolls agains with all the good stuff. If I try again I will either follow the instructions for baking exactly or take them out when they look too gooey and see what happens then. My advice is read the other reviews and don't bake too long even if they don't look browned.
