One Pot Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2001
This was pretty good. I prepared exactly to recipe instructions, and the noodles were kind of mushy. I prefer a firmer pasta.

Company Couscous

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2002
This tasted ok. Kind of bland even though I used chicken stock instead of water to cook couscous and added a little extra balsamic.

Tasted pretty good. It seemed to be missing something. Will make again but add some other seasonings like basil and fresh garlic.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2002
Very tasty and tender and easy too. I have made this twice. It is a keeper! During the 2nd cooking, about 10 minutes before it was done I topped it with spaghetti sauce and italian cheeses for an easy chicken parmesan. Super!

Southern Living magazine's Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2003
You don't need to change a thing. Although I used frozen hash brown potatoes for ease. I also used frozen limas and corn because that is what I buy and 3-3 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts for a lower fat alternative. Great to portion up in tupperware for easy meals.

Pretty good. I didn't use croutons because I didn't have any, but I used dried herb stuffing. It was a nice change.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: May 14, 2003
I just have to say that if anyone rated this below 4 stars they did not prepare it correctly. (also unfair to rate recipes poorly because you burned it) I found the directions and all the ingredients perfect! This made a fabulous mahi salad. I used the glaze as the dressing over a medley of lettuce, yellow bell peppers, red onion and fresh broccoli. The best tasting 6 WW points I ever ate. Thanks Diana!
