Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake
This is a great recipe as is, i've seen the suggestions on adding more spices to make it have more flavor, but I don't recommend this, i tried it a few different ways as some suggested and it comes out with way to much flavor and taste horrible, if you have money to waste trying it other ways then by all means try changing it up, but it comes out great as is

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
these where great cookies, just a note I used a round teaspoon for the cookies and they puff up and become nice soft cookies, and if you perfer yours a little crunchy like me about 6 minutes into cooking time I used a spatula and litely pressed down, and so i had the soft that my wife likes and the crunchy that i liked, and my daughter just loves both

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies
This is a great soft cookie, easy to make, the hardest part was waiting a little over an hour for them in the fridge, they are a easy cookie to break apart but I found that taking one stick of butter straight from fridge and microwaving fo 12 sec made it soft enough to use and adding 1/4 cp shortning made the doug easy to roll even without puttng in fridge, also to make sure you don't break them leave them on cookie shet for about 5 min they harden enough to take out with spatula, and for a nice topper just use about 1cup of powder sugar mixed with 2 and 1/2 table spoons of milk, just stir mixure, and put in ziplock bag with small hole and decorate your cookies, its best to let them set out for about 4min an th frostng will harden up
