Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2014
So quick and easy! Like some other reviewers, I baked it at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. I would suggest adding a few extra seasonings (I added salt and a little paprika). A great way to prepare chicken.

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2014
I just took a batch of these out of the oven. I have a pan full of big, fluffy rolls that are a light golden brown on top. I didn't make the full 36 servings, so I had no issues with the middle rolls not being done. I didn't let the rolls rise after putting in the pan prior to baking, but that made no difference. They still rose a lot during baking. This is now my go-to roll recipe!

Secret Burger Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2014
I've been making a sauce like this for a long time! This recipe is just what I like- a good balance of creamy and tangy. I didn't add chopped pickles to the sauce but I put sliced pickles on the burger and covered them with sauce. Quick, easy and great tasting!

Pepperoni Crisps

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2014
I just made some of these in the microwave. Easy and tastes great. I need to do a little experimenting to figure out the time with my microwave, because they weren't all evenly crisp, but that's the microwave for you.

Awesome Yogurt Biscuits

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2014
I made these biscuits for the first time, and they are amazing! I used fat free yogurt. I'll make these again and again! So easy and tasty.

Very easy and tastes great! I served my strawberries over vanilla yogurt.

English Tea Cucumber Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
This was my first time making cucumber sandwiches, and it was good. When I make this again, I'll either lessen the mayonnaise or omit it entirely. I like mayo, but it didn't seem to fit with the other flavors (I was using honey oat bread with this). It's a nice, refreshing sandwich that I'll keep making!

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
I really liked this dressing. I followed the recipe exactly, and, while I like the flavor, I think the mayonnaise is a little overpowering. That said, I'll make this again and play around with the proportions until I get it how I like it. (I used this on a burger, and it tasted great as is! As a salad dressing, I'll cut down on the mayo.)

Roast Salmon With Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I accidentally added more rosemary than called for, but we like rosemary, so it was fine. This fish tasted fantastic, and looked like something I'd order in a restaurant. So easy to prepare, too!

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
This couldn't be any simpler! I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out perfectly. The chicken was moist and juicy, ready in exactly 40 minutes, which gave me enough time to make side dishes for a complete meal. I'll make this again!

Beef Bulgogi

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
I just made this recipe for the first time tonight. As some reviewers suggested, I substituted brown sugar for white sugar; other than this one change I followed the recipe as written (I marinated the meat for 24 hours). I cooked it on the stovetop rather than grilling it, and it was AMAZING! It only took about 10 minutes on medium heat to cook it all. We boiled the leftover marinade to thicken it to use as sauce. I will definitely make this again!

Basic British Scones

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
I've never made scones before, and I'm not that great at baking. I followed the recipe almost exactly- I forgot to brush the scones with milk, and I needed a little more than 1/2 a cup of milk in the dough- and these came out wonderfully light and tender on the inside! They take so little time to do. Great recipe and lots of potential for add-ins. Perfect!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
I did as another reviewer suggested and dipped the chicken in flour, then egg, then the bread crumb mixture, and then fried it in a skillet with oil until brown. It turned out perfect (and I've never made fried chicken before)! I'll make this again for sure!

Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
I made this tonight and only made one small change. I sauteed the garlic and shallots in 1 tsp of butter before mixing with the cheese, as other reviewers suggested. It turned out to be extremely tasty! The only thing I would do differently is to secure the bacon with toothpicks and flip the chicken over halfway through cooking so that both sides are evenly done. It tasted amazing!

Homestyle Chicken and Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
I made this dish recently, with two changes: I doubled the recipe, and omitted the cheese. It came out very tasty and filling, and was extremely easy. However, as others have said, I would suggest baking the biscuits separately and adding them on top right before serving. Mine came out slightly doughy on the bottom following the recipe. Overall a good recipe I'll make again!

Five-Cheese Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
This is so easy to make, and it turned out absolutely delicious. I substituted the cottage cheese for another cup of ricotta, and added diced cooked chicken. It's so good, and everyone who ate it can't stop raving!
