I have made this many, many times with ALWAYS excellent results and usually in a bundt pan. I too, have passed on the recipe as it's always asked for.

Strawberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2013
I made this exactly as recipe submitted. Made a shortbread type of crust which I baked and cooled. The filling was superb. Actually halved the recipe and made a 4" pie. Thanks for sharing!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2013
I make it often. Tried with meatballs cooked in the soup/broth and already baked in the oven. It's easier to pre cook the meatballs and freeze to have on hand when the urge hit to make another batch. This is one of our favorite soups and thanks for sharing!

Killer Bacon-Cheese Dogs

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
This is very similar to the A&W's Whistle Dog, which has cheddar cheese, sauted onions and bacon with their sauce. Also a very good choice when travelling.

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
My family loved this recipe. I had been looking for something with chicken and spinach (very abundent in our garden) and this was just the dish! I omitted the green onions as I didn't have any, we don't eat pimentos, so didn't add those. I took another reader's suggestion and roasted up some mushrooms and added those in....voila - so delicious. I served with roasted potatoe wedges, but think next time I make this - it will be with a pasta! Thanks for the recipe!

Mom's Butter Tarts

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
I loved this recipe. Bought Costco frozen tart shells, distrubuted plump raisins in each shell then pored the filling in. I found the amount called for was more than necessary unless youur a raisin lover. 15 tarts fit easily on a cookie sheet and I got 30. These freeze very well. C'est tres bonne!

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
Simply delicious. Definitely double or triple the sauce and use uncooked shrimp for a richer flavor.
