Tomato Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2013
I changed a little bit of the recipe, added double spices, also added garlic and onion powder. I didn't have beer at that moment, but used chicken stock instead, then cooked on the stove instead of oven, and i totally forgot the cheese, but it still tasted good. Try to eat with mash potato, it is a good match!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
OMG, thank you for this amazing recipe. All my family finished at one time and my stepson even said he can have this every single week! Same as usual, i have changed some ingredients, used taco seasoning and salad instead taco sauce, added abit salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. I listened to other suggestions that i didn't mix the refried beans in the meat mixture, but spread on the tortillas, then added others. Also i didn't use black olives, since we don't like it. My stepson suggested add some tortillas chip should be a good idea. How smart he is, definitly gotta try it next time.

I have to say, this marinaded sauce is good to any kind of meat. I didn't have steak, so i used pork chop and it tastes soooo good, but did actually cut half of soy sauce and changed BBQ sauce as A1, cause A1 and Worcestershire sauce would tastes abit same, also i didn't put any salt. Anyway, it turned out really good. Will defintly make it again.

Spinach Basil Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
I do like this pasta salad, its light and healthy to me. Although i changed alittle ingredients, didn't really like bow tie pasta, i didn't have at home anyway, so just used what i have, then i used bacon instead prosciutto, cause me and my husband love bacon so much, and its always right with any kind of salad, and also i used walnuts.. Its just so right together.. love it.

It tastes pretty good, however i still changed some ingredients, 1 table spoon green pepper, 1 tea spoon salt, and i didn't have cheese flavored crackers, so i used regular crackers and added 2 table spoon parmesan cheese, then cooked on the stove of 5 minutes for each side, and also added chadder cheese on the top. Grandma's Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
it defintly smells good and tasted good too, however its too oily.. i don't have beef drippings, so i used regular vegetable oil, but its too oily when it done.. i would suggest place about 1 teaspoon of beef drippings or vegetables oil into each cup as well, and the second half 15 minutes for baking, bascially ... no need to bake that long, until its golden brown, thats good enough.. i love it, but too bad... my husband doesn't like it..
