Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I used this recipes for Turkey Drumstick so I divided everything by 4. I rubbed the bird with marinated mixture, then put them in the zip lock bag and put away in the fridge for over night. If you don't have the Roaster Pan, you can put the water in the casserole baking sheet, then put the baking rack on top to bake it. Bake at 375F for 40min, then turn another side and continue baking for 15 min more. They turned out so good. The skin is golden brown & very crispy. The meat is so moist. My family love them even my picky in law :0)

Pizza Pasta Bake

My picky girls love it. I just ignored all vegetable as my girls don't like any of them and followed the rest of recipe. I can't wait to try this recipe with macaroni, spaghetti, and other pasta.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

I just boil the chicen with the water to reduce messy from sauce, then smash the boiled chicken with the side of knife before pulling. I increased salsa to be 1/2 cup and reduced taco seasoning mix to be 1/2 of package. I added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese in the recipe. Half of it I mixed into the sauce. Put the filling to bake covered at 350F in casserole baking sheet for 1 hr. Uncovered and pour the rest of cheese on top and continue to bake more for 15 min.

Sunset Dip

Thank you for your idea but I changed and adjusted as following:-) Ingredients: 1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese, softened 1 Cup Salsa 1 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise ½ Cup Sour Cream ¼ Cup Vinegar ¼ Cup Salsa (For topping) 2 TB Spoon Sweet Onion, finely chopped 2 TB Spoon Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar cheese Black olive (Optional) Preparation: 1. Heat the oven at 350F 2. In the baking bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup Salsa, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, and Vinegar until well blend. 3. Baked the mixture uncovered for 30 min until cream cheese melts with all ingredients. 4. Take the bowl out and use spoon the stir all mixture well 5. Pour the hot mixture into the dip tray. 6. Spread ¼ cup Salsa all over the mixture 7. Spread chopped sweet onion and green bell pepper all over the top. 8. Spread cheddar cheese. 9. Spread black olive (Optional) 10. Return to bake in 350F, uncovered for 15min or until cheddar cheese melts. 11. Leave it to be cool outside, cover and put in the fridge (in case you make ahead)
