Portobello Mushroom Sauce

I liked it, and I had to substitute portobello mushrooms with white ones, and heavy cream with half and half. Even though it's not quite the original recipe, it was still very good.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

A little garlicy, and I recommend cutting the bread a little thinner (about half an inch) but it is still really good!!!!

I really liked this recipe! The toast was light and fluffy, but still sweet. The only problem I had was that we made too much! It fills you up really quickly, so it's better made for a big group of people, probably for a brunch idea.
