Miso Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
The soup turned out very tasty, much better than restaurant style. I went to Asian market and one of the employees helped me find all ingredients I needed. I did add little bit of spinach at the end. I will definetly make it again. I will try adding one egg next time for a variety.

The dish turned out very delicious. So easy to make and so much flavor !!! The only change I made is I added 1 extra tsp of curry powder and 1/4 cup fresh basil. Served with white rice.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2011
This recipe is FANTASTIC !!!!! Is it by far the best chicken fettuccine alfredo recipe I've ever eaten. I followed this recipe and it turned out wonderful (eating it as I speak!). I did add 1/2 cup of dry white wine and little bit of basil. YUM...its WAY BETTER than the restaurants. Never will ever buy precooked or order at restaurants. Homemade is the way to go !!! Thanks for sharing.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
Great soup, full of great flavors. Just like others i used the real cheese (healthier). I used more cheese and broccoli also added little bit of half and half to make it more creamy. I blended half amount of soup to make it thicker (i did not used corn starch). It's a keeper in my recipe book, I will sure make it again !!!

Faye's Pulled Barbecue Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
Great recipe but i changed few things around. Rubbed pork roast with garlic salt and pepper before placing in the crock pot, added 8oz of dr.pepper, cooked for 5 hours on high, drained well and added bbq sauce. Returned back to the crock pot for 1 hour. Very tasty, will make it again
