Fruit Cobbler
really easy to make, and super tasty. I only made a few changes. I added a little more vanilla than the recipe calls for, and then threw a packet of instant oatmeal on top of the fruit before baking to give the dish a bit more texture. this is a great all-around recipe; it works wonderfully with apples, peaches, raspberries, and blueberries.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I used half the amount of beef broth and substituted a little over half a bottle of beer. I also added several spices and herbs while the meat cooked, including onion, garlic, rosemary and bay leaves. Very good, served on whole grain rolls, with mac-n-cheese. Next time i will definitely bake it for longer in the oven, or in a more shallow dish.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
absolutely delicious. I made it almost exactly according to the recipe, but i used the entire 8-oz container of cream cheese. I also chopped and mixed all the ingredients thoroughly before i baked it. I served it with 9-grain and seed bread, whole wheat baked crackers, and Triscuits. I even faced my fears and used fresh cloves or garlic instead of minced or powdered. I'm so glad i made the extra effort! the result was perfect-- much better than any restaurant dip.
