Pesto Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
Excellent! I served this for six men for lunch and they loved it! I would recommend putting a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of the pan before you put your first layer of noodles in the pan. I used a 12oz jar of alfredo sauce and the freshed prepared pesto sauce Costco offers on a regular basis.

Slow Cooker Fruit, Nuts, and Spice Oatmeal

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
The entire family loved it! I added three CUPS of non-fat milk in addition to the water called out in the recipe. I also added four tablespoons of butter and brown sugar. It was flavorful, tastey and hardy. I cooked it for 8 hours on low in my crockpot. Next time I will add a little more water since I like my hot cereal to be thinner.

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I followed the directions per the review from February 24, 2005, three second rule. I attempted the recipe two times and the second time it worked great! I even used Xylitol, brand name "Ideal no calorie Sweetner" and it was so good. My two younger children, 9 and 5 love it.

London Broil I

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
I marinated the steak for two days (48 hours) seared it on the BBQ than slow cooked with indirect heat and it was so good!! I think the trick with London Broil is to marinate it a minimum of 24 hours and possibly 48 hours it helps to tenderize the typical tough cut of meat. My husband has challenged me to cut our food budget by some 40% and catching this meat on sale sure helps!

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

I really liked it. I have used it on broiled asparagus and on a stir fry with chicken. I had extra and it is staying great in the refrig.

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
It was good, children (9 and 5) liked it too. My husband really liked it, he and I usually differ on meals we like. I marinated it for 24 hours and slow cooked it for 8 hours on low. I substitued Tomato Sauce for the can of concentrated tomato soup.
