Four-Bean Taco Chili
Very good chili, excellent comfort food. I made it with mild salsa, but you can up the heat by using hotter salsa.

Sausage and Bean Ragout
This is delicious. Sneak in extra spinach earlier on...it will disintegrate, not changing the flavor, but upping the amount of spinach you get into your family. Then add the rest later.
