Good recipe. Unfortunately for me I could not find peanut oil and used sesame seed oil instead. Not sure if that was a good thing or not. The duck was cooked perfectly and I liked the water chestnut texture.

Party Pinwheels

Made this for a Superbowl party yesterday. Everyone loved it! I wasn't sure about the celery, but I put it in anyway and it added a very nice texture to the food. Countered the creamy cheese with some crunch! Good stuff!

Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce

Absolutely awesome! I love the blend of alfredo and red sauce. I added 1 pound of sausage to this recipe as well. Going to make it again tomorrow and throw a little Philly spread in it to make it even creamier!
