Sweet Potato Pie I
I am getting ready to make this pie for the second time and I tell you it is so easy and delicious! Followed the recipe as written and it is perfect! My husband was begging for more the day after he finished the last one!

Chocolate Eclair Cake
Sooo Good! So easy, made with the kids and everyone loved it! Going by other reviews I used french vanilla pudding, honey crackers and I did buy the frosting. Actually I bought two and put an extra layer of frosting in the middle! Made the day before and when I cut into it I thought it would be a mess, but it came out PERFECT!!!

Nadine's Delicious Tilapia
I loved the way it was cooked with that little crisp breading! I do agree that you could not really taste the soy that much. I tried some with sesame and fish oil like reviewers suggested but that wasn't quite right to me. I'm planning to make again and play around with it.
