I learned to cook from my Texan mom. She bought all the Southern Living Cookbooks and read them front to back. I have been baking and cooking for 40 years now and love to receive compliments from my family and friends. Everything I make is from scratch. I rarely take the quick and easy route.
My favorite things to cook
Baked desserts- cream pies, cookies, cakes, yeast breads, quick breads. Comfort foods- cabbage rolls, homemade spaghetti and meat balls, soups. I am a bowhunter and love to cook and eat my clean, grassfed, healthy "organic" meats that I shot.
