Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Wow! I'm impressed with myself. This turned out really good. A big "Thank You" to the reviewer who informed me that this needed to be sliced thin. I had no idea to do that and it really made a big difference. I left out the cayenne pepper but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. (Well, I did cook it medium-well, but that's personal preference.) I didn't think it was too salty at all. Anyway, this is going in the recipe box. It's a keeper!

Shabbat Challah
This is by far the best challah bread that I've made so far. Unfortunately for me, it was not quite as sweet and eggy as the challah from my childhood that I'm desperately trying to recreate. Maybe if I add a little more sugar/honey and another egg it will be perfect. It was quite good however, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Cream of Mushroom Chicken
Simple and satisfying. I'm making this again, so it's a keeper in my book. And I'm not even a real fan of mushrooms.
