I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a little over two years ago. Since then, it's been my mission to make my gluten free foods taste just as good (if not better!) as the originals. I'm also a freelance photographer, so my second mission (as a cook) is to photograph my finished dishes :)

Anything from scratch that has me in the kitchen for awhile. I like quick meals, but there is just something about spending a few hours in the kitchen and having your end product come out better than a restaurant!
