Super simple and delicious. I use a little more lemon and pepper than the recipe calls for. When cod isn't available I use tilapia.

Fantastic and fast way to prepare salmon. The capers really add a great pop of flavor. I cook this for my family quite often.

I like the idea of this recipe but something about warm meat on cold lettuce didn't work.

LOVE THIS RECIPE but two cans of black beans is WAY TOO MUCH so I use about 3/4 of a can. It's delicious and nutritious.
