Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I have made this but as a mix between another salad recipe which calls for candied nuts. I enjoyed the dressing here with the paprika, extra kick! However I wouldn't put poppy seeds or minced onion due to personal taste. The cranberries add colour and sweetness. Next time I will try it with the blanched almonds instead of candied nuts.

Vegetarian Moussaka
This is awesome! This review comes a couple of weeks after making if and recovering from the ordeal however! Pay heed to the comments saying this takes a while! Having said that the end result is totally worth it, best moussaka recipe I've made, very tasty. Next time having known what to do it will be quicker, I would not follow the directions on cooking the vegetables first but simply steam them and then put them together.

Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
This is awesome and so easy! I buy already candied walnuts or pecans from the store for extra ease and used a couple of different kinds of feta different times. Also I made my own dressing once with cider, olive oil and lemon juice and another time with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and sprinkling of cayenne pepper. I would recommend not drenching it in dressing and making it overly oily as it is super good without too much. I have no idea where to buy raspberry vinergrette?
