Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
Delicious! I used a 9x13 pan. It came out perfect in 30 minutes at a slighter lower temperature. The peanut butter flavor is not too strong, and the cake was very moist! This is a keeper!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2011
This frosting is RICH, but it is sooo good, definitely for chocolate lovers! It does taste somewhat cocoa-ey, but I think that's the point. 5 stars!

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Yummy! Mine weren't the exact texture of real scottish shortbread, but it didn't matter because they were still really tasty. I followed the recipe almost exactly, but I did use flour AND confectioners sugar to roll out the dough, so the added sweetness was nice!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Mine looked just like the picture and were DELICIOUS! They were very moist and had a great taste. I looked at some other suggestions and added a tad of vanilla and cinnamon to the batter, along with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. I don't think they would taste any different otherwise though!

They looked just like the picture and are good, but the nutmeg may be a bit overpowering

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
These are so good! Don't mix the batter too much. Pancake batter is supposed to be lumpy, even though many people don't seem to know that. Like someone else suggested, I added a teaspoon of vanilla and kept the rest the same! They're already all gone!

Oreo™ Cookie Cake II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
Great tasting cake. I read that someone suggested a French Vanilla Cake, so that is what I used. I wanted to use a Chocolate Butter cake mix, but I couldn't find one anywhere for some reason! It still tasted delicious though, but it may need some more oreos!!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
Wonderful cookies! I didn't make any changes to the recipe, and they came out great. I've always liked the 'secret' ingredient of pudding mix so this caught my eye. Everyone should try it!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
These are wonderful and moist! The dough may be a bit tricky to work with when wrapping it around the peanut butter, but it only takes a bit of practice, and it's so worth it! I added just a bit of oil to the peanut butter mix so that the filling was less dry, but other than that, great recipe!

Pepperoni Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
GREAT RECIPE! I'm from WV, so I eat these all the time from the store, but it's much better having them homemade. I didn't put it as much sugar as it called for, but other than that, I left everything the same. I did add a bit of garlic and oregano to the dough and put in a little mozzarella cheese between the pepperoni!

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
Great recipe! I didn't use skim milk, just 2%, and I left out the pecans, but other than that, the recipe is yummy! I think the batter may have been a bit thick, but a little more milk fixed that!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Wacky Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
This cake tastes amazing! So moist and fudgey! I didn't make any differences to the recipe, with the exception of leaving out the frosting. I just frosted the cake with chocolate frosting and put twix bits on top. It was great!

Doggie Birthday Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
I am giving this recipe a 5-star because I gave it to 3 dogs, and they ate it right up fast. I made around 12 cupcakes with this mix, but I didn't have any honey, so the batter was pretty dry. I only baked those for half an hour. I was a bit curious as to whether the dogs would actually want it, but they certainly did!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
I'm only giving this recipe 5 stars because of the heavenly taste, but the cookies were very flat once they settled and easy to break. I added about a tablespoon of oil because of the batter's dryness. Then I topped the finished cookies with whipped buttercream frosting from a can. They did taste great.

Have a good taste to them, simple chocolate cupcakes. I frosted them with buttercream frosting. Mine didn't come out very moist, but that could have just been me.

Great taste with cake or brownies. Mine wasn't very easy to spread, but you can't expect too much out of peanut butter.

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
These scones tasted wonderful and their texture was so fluffy and soft! But just like everyone else said, it's gonna need a few more tablespoons of orange juice. I added a teaspoon of milk as well. Don't be worried about the orange taste if you add more. It's not even noticeable. GREAT RECIPE!
