My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
The first time I made this, all I did differently was add molasses as suggested. The second time, I decided to add 3/4 t. of cayenne pepper. The heat was just subtle enough. Definitely recommend!

Maple Shortbread Cookies
I found this recipe in an attempt to clear out my pantry before going home for Christmas break. That being said, I unfortunately did not have maple syrup, just honey. I subbed that in (with vanilla extract, of course) and they turned out amazing. The texture and taste were spot on. Wish I could have made them with maple syrup!

Green Banana Fries
I have very picky roommates, so when they asked me what I was cooking, I just said, "Fries!" They tried them and LOVED them. They were gobbled up in seconds. No advice to improve the recipe, it's perfect!
