Overall, this was a very simple recipe to prepare and used ingredients I always have at home, which is a definite plus! The hubby was also very happy with this meal, which is an even bigger plus as he is pretty picky, even about fried foods. As suggested by other reviewers, I pounded out the chicken breasts and soaked them in buttermilk for 20 minutes before breading (therefore didn't use the egg). Also added in garlic powder to the breading. They came out uber-tender and juicy! However, I only used three larger chicken breasts and the amount of breading was just enough for the three - if I'd used six it would have not been near enough. This recipe is going in the books!
