Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2012
Amazing! Too many of these dishes are so saturated with butter, brown sugar and marshmallow that you cant taste the sweet potato. But loved the freshness of this recipe. I baked the sweet potatoes for 45 mins and then peeled them mashed them and followed the recipe exactly. Turned out so good! Thanks you for posting this!

Asparagus-Stuffed Potatoes

Wonderful! A big hit at my very first dinner party. I had tons of left over stuffing and it was perfect as a mashed potato dish the next day. The left overs were delish!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2012
I dont have a mini muffin pan but I wanted to try this anyway. I made them the same. Rolled the dough into balls and placed on a cookie sheet. I watched them closely in the oven and made sure that I took them out as soon as they were done. I let them cool 1 minute and then pressed a peanutbutter cup into the middle of them. They were fantastic and everyone fought over the last few. Thanks for this recipe!

Poppy Seed Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
This is the recipe that I always make when I need a meal to take to a family. I get lots of compliments on it and it is so easy to make in a pinch. I keep ingredients in my kitchen at all times. We love green beans and crossiant with it! If you over cook the chicken it makes the dish dry...I precook my chicken until just barely done...it is gonna get 30 more minutes in the oven anyway. Turns out perfect everytime.

Three Cheese Manicotti II

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
My family loved it. I did add a little sauted onion and spinach to the cheese mixture. Anyone have any tips on how to keep the noodles from splitting after you boil them? Did I cook them too long?

Wake-Up Casserole

Wonderful recipe for a quick dish. Great for potlucks. I cut the salt by half and added fresh black pepper. I used 2 cups of chedder and 2 cups of montery jack. Took it to brunch for ladies at church and came back with an empty dish.
