Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Amazing! Too many of these dishes are so saturated with butter, brown sugar and marshmallow that you cant taste the sweet potato. But loved the freshness of this recipe. I baked the sweet potatoes for 45 mins and then peeled them mashed them and followed the recipe exactly. Turned out so good! Thanks you for posting this!
