Beef Burgundy III

This is a keeper!!!! I just put everything in a slow cooker on low for around 5 hours. It turned out tender and delicious.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Great soup!! I used chicken broth and lots more ham. Cooked in a slow cooker for 5 hours. Also, i added one bay leaf. very good, will make again.

This is a wonderful recipe....here's what i did differently: 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1 cup of splenda...yummy.

Great cake, sorta like a pound cake texture. Lovely! Didn't use the suggested frosting though, and added just a little more cocoa...cause i like cocoa.

Hurray for this recipe...its easy, fabulous...love it!!!!! Here's an idea for a dreamsicle cheesecake.....use oreo cookie crust, add 3/4 teaspoon of orange extract with some orange food coloring. Yummy.

great cake, no icing needed. I put one teaspoon of saigon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. No nuts, substituted raisins.

Creamy Blueberry Pie

Uh, stars can't describe how good this pie made me look....not purple, but like i knew what i was doing. The taste is outa this world. I used frozen berries, just let them warm up to room temp. Very happy...very good...very berry:)

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I

This was a great recipe...for those of us who like rhubarb without the fake flavors of jello. Didn't use the box mix though, instead i used a scratch recipe for butter cake. Cooked down the rhubarb first, as my pan wasn't deep enough for all the stuff.

I've made this recipe a few times and it is wonderful. Cut down the oil just a bit though. I also used cherry tomatoes cut in half. This is tart, fresh tasting, and is great for summer cookouts. Many thanks.
