Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I made this exactly as written and I ended up with a watery, bland soup with refrigerator dough on top. After reading the comments, I realize that I should have read those first and then absolutely ignore the recipe. What I picked up from the comments is that if you add enough herbs, spices and vegetables this is really good. Which is great but... have we forgotten how a recipe works?

Salsa Chicken
Pretty good dish in and of itself. The beauty of this dish is how easy and quick it is. It's the perfect thing to throw together when it's six o'clock and I've got nothing planned and the result is pretty fantastic. I served this with rice and some mixed vegetables and it made for a wonderful dinner done at a moment's notice.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Like a good deal of the other reviewers, it was a little soupy, more like a gumbo then a jambalaya not to mention, yea the spice was simply too much. I like a good deal of spice, but there was just too much heat to the point that it didn't add to the flavors but simply over powered them. If I were to make this again, I might do away with the cayenne pepper and sticking with the cajun spice alone.
