Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Man I was so excited to make these but they were tasteless...I mean niether the cheese nor the chicolate part was goo...but honestly I looked at other BLACK BOTTOM RECIPES and I think it's just this type of cupcake I don't care for.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

These were pretty good. VERY easy to make and the kids love them! I gave it 4 stars cause it was super sweet. I think it needed some onion or bell pepper to balance it out. Will try that next time!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Wow what a flalwless recipe! And like the other reviewer said...if it doesn't turn out it's you or you oven. If you want true New York dense Cheesecake this is it! I made blackberry sauce for the top, 4 cups blackberries and 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juce. Cook down and run it through a sieve place back on stove add 2 tsp cornstartch disolved in water to the blackberries. Then add lemon juice. MMM MMM good...what a winner

Was tooosweet I had to add duble the zest and triple the juice! The to even it out I had to had mor flour to the mix.Other than that t they were easy to make and great idea, thanks for the recipe!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This was good but I did add some things to it..I used chicken stock in place of milk and also when I placed the chicken in the pan I put a slice of hiney ham and then swiss cheese so it was kinda like deconstructed chicken cordon bleu.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

OMG!!!! I mad ethis last night and it was AMAZING!!! I couldn't stop eating it. The only thing I added was instead of 8oz of ranch I did 5 oz ranch to 3 oz sour ceam. ONLY because My husband doesn't care for ranch it just toned it down a bit. I will be making this forever!

Ham Bone Soup

I just signed up to be a member or else I would of rated this before. I love this soup and have made it for about 5yrs. I save my hambone fron each holiday and use it in this recipe. The only subtitutions that I make is I add cabbage at the end of cooking and let it get nice and soft! Thanks for the recipe!

Wonderful Waffles

I am giving this recipe and 3 star for one reason and it's not taste. The taste and texture was wonderful...best I've had as far as homeade goes, but NO ONE wants to whip up egg whites at 5 in the morning for a quick brekfast waffle. I would say to make these AHEAD of time and freeze.
