Lighter Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2012
Hmmm, looks interesting. I wonder if it would work to use fat free half and half? Or just regular half and half? I've used fat free in clam chowder in past and was a real hit... I may have to try!

Simple Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2012
Made 3 pans of this for a large crowd. Usedbarilla no boil oven ready noodles. I agree that more sauce was needed. I used 2 lbs of lean beef and 2 lbs of spicy italian sausage. Definitely could of used far less meat and more sauce. But had a nice kick. I personally prefer the traditional noodles to the thin no boil I used. They were just too delicate and a bit too mushy. I added the water to the edges of the pan even though I also used extra sauce. Got compliments on it though and most of the three pans were gone in 10 minutes. also I made and baked these the night before and hubby warmed them in the oven before the event. Used Classico sauce variety of flavors together.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
great dish! Made this at very last minute for pot-luck and got many compliments. I used canned chicken from costco. I didn't have cilantro, and I used white balsamic vinegar because I didn't have rice vinegar. Also added blanched snap peas. I plan to add this dish into rotation at our house and will make for parties! Easy and delicious! Thanks so much for the recipe!!!
