Best Tuna Casserole
I was skeptical about this, as the recipe calls for no seasoning and sounds a bit bland. It really was. I'm going to make it one more time to try to add some kick to it, but overall I have no idea why this is so highly rated.

Matar Pulao (Rice with Peas)
This is an amazing dish. I generally add about 1/2 tsp of garam masala to the garlic powder paste for just a bit more flavor. Additionally (as indianakg stated), extra time for cooking the basmati is NOT necessary. I would never have believed it when I first started cooking Basmati either, but as long as a) the mixture continues to boil and b) you have a tight-fitting lid on your skillet, 10-15 minutes is honestly all it takes! I cook it MUCH more often now that I know this! :)

Chewy Coconut Cookies
Never again! These came out like melted cheese! I generally stick to recipes with high ratings, and I've rarely had issues with them - especially if I read and follow the tips in the reviews. Not in this case! Some reviewers said that baking soda must be fresh (it was NEW), and butter must be chilled. Came out FLAT! I then refrigerated the batter for an hour - FLAT again! The third (and last) time, I rolled the chilled batter into balls and then froze them. Baked 8 minutes - still FLAT! Good luck to any of you who attempt this. I never will again.
