chex mix from my dad. he had a great recipe for it. Christmas time is the best time and reminds me of him.

Tater Taco Casserole
We really enjoyed this recipe. I have to agree with some of the reviews that it is a bit bland and the tater tots don't get cooked enough. Added tostitos salsa con queso, sour cream, and salsa for more flavor.

Mexican Lasagna Rollups

Buttercream Icing
i loved this recipe. very good. i did make a few changes. i reduced the powdered sugar and increased the vanilla. this is my new favorite!! thanks
