Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This recipe is so easy to make and so good! It's a no brainer. I added onion to it and cooked it for less time than what was suggested because my slow cooker tends to cook at a higher temperature than most. It turned out fabulous!

Grandma's Tomato Soup

Soooo good!!! So much better than the canned stuff. I actually ran out of my Campbells Tomatoe, so when I made my grilled cheese I wad bummed that I didn't have anything to dip it in. So I came on here and stumbled upon this recipe, and am I thankful! I didnt even put the noodles in. I doubt I'll be needing that canned stuff anymore ;) Thanks for sharing it!!!!

Zippy Cucumber Salad

I made this for my boyfriend because he begged me to make a cucumber salad of some sort. It looked like a beautiful recipe so I tried it. I didn't use the rice vinegar because we couldn't find it at the store and I like the tangy vinegar taste in cucumber salads. It was a good recipe, however I think next time I'll let it marinate in the fridge a little longer (maybe over night). My boyfriend took it up to college with him and said that it tasted even better as it sat longer in the fridge. But he sure loved it, that's for sure!

Instant Pistachio Salad

My Mom has been making this recipe for years! When she went away for the weekend I had a BBQ to attend and couldn't remember the exact measurements that she uses so I came on here. This tasted pretty much exact like her recipe, however like another user suggested she puts maraschino cherries on top for decoration. My Mom tends to use this recipe for special occasions like the holidays and not one person can resist. She usually doubles the recipe just so we have left overs! It's great, try it. Just make sure you thaw out the cool whip long enough and don't put it in the microwave (even on defrost) it'll turn into soup and take longer for it to set up.
