Easy Curry Couscous

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
Wonderful! Don't leave out the raisins, they are amazing. I'm going to probably double them next time. This is one of those recipes that I'm going to put into regular rotation.

Indian Sweet Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
I agree with the reviewer that compared these to fried tacos. I did fry them vs cooking in a thin layer of oil. I did fold in the sugar (and cinnamon and nutmeg)as described, however it really needed a coating of the same after cooking. I rolled in advance and then layered the prerolled breads with wet papertowels, so I could fry after guests arrived. Everyone liked, but they didn't seem "Indian" to me. I will try a naan recipe next time. But, considering the ease of the ingrediants and a quick prep; these were pretty good.

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
Simple & Good. We left out the spinach. I can't wait to try again and add italian sausage. We did use more tortellini and used about 2/3 of each of the jars of sauce. This would be fun to try with homeade sauces, but would negate the ease... and it is really good as is.

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2010
I followed the recipe with one exception, I used a lemon instead of an orange. Fantastic! To me, I really liked the potatoes, but they taste exactly like the chicken. I'd rather make them seperatly with a different seasoning, so the whole plate doesn't taste the same. They were good, just the same.

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2010
BEST salad ever. We use toasted pine nuts and spring mix salad from Walmart. Otherwise we follow the recipe. I love it and so does everyone we've served it to!

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2010
We followed all of the recommended additions. Our only change above they previously mentioned: we didin't have tomato sauce, so I used a 1/2 can of paste and 1/2 can of diced. I also did add in some flour to thicken. I'll add more flour next time, as it was still thin. This recipe with changes is fantastic.
