Parchment Baked Salmon
the taste is very gentle and mild..the fish is very moist…the challenge the timing..i started at 20 then added another 12 minutes…first 5 then piece was just over 8 ounces….my husband gave it an A will cook it again next week for his birthday…served it with salad and saffron rice..yummmy

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
from my own italian kitchen this is fabulous.....!!!!! husband wanted seconds but is a diabetic .. the shrimp in the freezer will be used in this again....personally i added NM chipolte rather than cayanne..perfect recipe delightful to make...quick and easy too..thanks so much

Frosted Cranberries
there is only one problem with this have to make two batches because you will eat one before serving.....i found best to leave out in cookie sheet overnight before eating...fabulous and artful thanks so very much ...a new favorite and easy...hint..drain off liquid before coating then coat again with new sugar to get nice frosty coating
