Avocado Feta Salsa

Awesome. Had a guest eat 3/4 of it in one sitting it was so good. Didn't change a thing.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Phenomenal. But that I used bacon instead of ham (and added it after I boiled the potatoes and before I added the milk mixture), I followed the recipe to a tee and it was amazing. Tastes like, but better than Panera's potato soup, which I like. I will make this time and time again.

Guacamole

Simply awesome just as written. And a hint about keeping the guacamole green is to save the pit and put it in the dip when storing.
