Lemon Square Bars

I followed the recipe exactly as it was written except i added lemon zest to the crust and to the lemon egg mix. The crust is very good, but there is not enough filling to balance it out. The lemon curd should be at least as thick as the crust. And, yes, it needs more lemon tartness.

The Best Pizza Sauce Ever

I made this sauce this evening, and ended up using a large clove of garlic, minced, and agave syrup but decreased the amount to only one TBS, and added one anchovy fillet, mashed. My husband thought the sauce was great! Very easy, thick and flavorful with a little kick of heat to spice up left-over turkey! This one's a keeper, for sure!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I made this using the recommendations to use 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies, but used approx 3 Tbs melted butter and 1 Tbs sugar for the crust so there wasn't too much butter seeping out of the springform pan. I also added 4oz extra white chocolate for more flavor. The raspberry preserves proved to be very easy, but is a little too sweet for my tastes, so when I make this again, I will take the time to make the raspberry sauce with maybe less sugar than called for. I also used the water bath method for baking and no cracks developed while baking or cooling. Over all, this is a very creamy, rich desert that will wow any body!
