Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

With some of the suggested revisions, this was very tasty! I used fresh chicken, a packet of onion soup mix, an extra cup of rice, and shredded cheddar cheese. We had leftovers the next day and they tasted just as good, if not better. Very easy recipe to make and good for a quick weeknight meal.

This was a great tasting, easy dinner. Perfect blend of flavors. I didn't use the pine nuts but added artichoke hearts. It would probably be good as a cold dish also.

Better Than Sex Cake I

I made this cake for Valentine's Day, everyone loved it! I used caramel instead of hot fudge. I made the cake the night before and had a piece to taste test. It was good, but the next day, after chilling in the refrigerator overnight, it was PERFECT! Definitely chill the cake for a few hours before serving. It was like a different cake the next day.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Delicious, fast and easy! As good as any I've had in a restaurant. I took the suggestions of other reviewers and used 3/4 c. heavy cream and 1/4 c. vodka. I also used spicy sausage and increased the garlic. That gave it just enough heat for me, but might not be enough for people who like their food extra spicy. Definitely use less olive oil, I used 2T and that might have even been a little too much.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Very easy and delicious! I made some slight modifications - used 2 cups of cheese, chopped the onions and added bread crumbs on top for the last few minutes of baking. I will make these instead of a box mix from now on!
