Red Lentil Curry

DELICIOUS! I didn't have curry paste so I had to omit it and it was still an amazing dish! Served it over plain white rice!

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

AMAZING dish! I used herbed spaghettini instead of fetuccinis and used 1/4 less heavy cream just to make it healthier... great dish for everyday and for guests!

Spinach Lasagna with Walnut Pesto

I didn't use all the pesto and it was still very strong. Next time I will use half the pesto, double the tomato sauce and maybe a little bit less garlic. Anyway it was still a very good dish.

Crazy Chocolate Cake

Amazing cake! I mixed all the ingredients in a separate bowl instead of doing it right in the pan as the recipe says. Added 3/4 cups of cocoa instead of 5/8 just out of personal preference. COOL!

Chocolate Banana Bread

Considering past reviews I put half the cocoa powder and sugar and though it was a moist caked, which I love... it got very hard on the outside. Not bad, but definitely, I have baked better ones.

Mixed Greens with Walnut and Roasted Onion Dressing

Amazing salad and very original dressing with a great strong flavor! Even though it takes more than an hour to prepare, I totally recommend it!

This is the easiest cake ever. It is very clean and fast to do and ULTRA MOISTY! I have done it tons of times already and the only thing I use to change is that I mix brown sugar with the cinnamon instead of white sugar. If you want to go for something 100% sure, go for this cinnamon swirl bread!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Amazing soup! I did it as a main dish for dinner and everybody loved it! I added extra water since it looked more like a stew but overall... AMAZING! Definitely a do!
