The best banana bread I've ever made!!! I did two small things differently: 1 - Sprinkled more cinnamon and sugar on top of the uncooked loaves. 2 - After cooking at 300 for an hour, I turned up the oven to 325 for another 10 minutes since, as #3 states, "Back for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean," and mine did not. With the additional time at a higher temp, they were perfect!
