If you love poppers as I do, this recipe is for you!. I followed the recipe but on the 3rd coating I used panko plain bread crumbs instead of flour. I also made them the night before cooking and stored the stuffed coated poppers in the fridge over night. The next day I deep fried them for 4 minutes in my Rival Deep Fryer (8-10 at a time), and they came out restaurant grade perfect! Now I need to experiment with the filling.
