Great Recipe! Never made no-bakes before but had tasted them many times. Was ecstatic at how easy and tasty this recipe was. Will make again and again. Recommend to anyone short on time.

Kabob Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
This marinade was wonderful on steak and chicken. Everyone raved about it and asked for the recipe. I made one batch with regular yellow mustard and another with dijon and both were excellent. Can cut down a little on the soy sauce if you don't like the meat salty and I also omitted the meat tenderizer. Will print and keep in the family recipe book.

Taco Cornbread Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
This is so good. We make it all the time. I do a variety of toppings each time including: black olives, avacado, garden fresh tomatoes when in season, onions, shredded lettuce, hot cheese sauce, jalepenos and shredded cheeses. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Its filling, cheap and easy to throw together.

Tart and Bubbly Wedding Punch

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
I added 3 cups of water and used an ice ring (which lasted for about 3 hours). I used pineapple orange juice and regular ginger ale but I think almost any combination of fruit juices mixed with the cranberry juice and ginger ale will work. I have also made this recipe with regular lemonade and with out the cranberry juice to avoid stains from spills. Several people have asked me for the recipe and I will continue to make this.

Seasoned Crackers

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
Have had these at many parties but just made them myself for the first time this month. I used only 1/2 Cp of Oil and only 1/2 package of Ranch dressing mix powder and this turned out wonderfully. I would also suggest letting this sit in an air tight container overnight before serving as it allows the flavors to meld.

Carla's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
This dip is soooo easy and very tasty. I even tried it with cantelope and it was wonderful. This makes enough for 13+ people as an appetizer or be prepared to snack on it for a few days...either way, noone will be complaining.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
I made these wrong the first time I tried them and never tried them again. Too bad for me b/c these are wonderful if boiled for exactly 3 mins after a rolling boil starts. I also put these immediately into the fridge after spreading the choc. chips. and dusting with pecan pieces. I let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours before breaking smoothly into pieces. These also lift right out of the pan with no residue left behind. Really easy recipe!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
I also cooked my chicken and onions together, then added green peppers, steamed my rice in a veggie steamer, mixed 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (b/c of a mushroom allergy) and a can of rotel together and layered it all as directed w/ the cheese. It was better than I was expecting. My husband, who doesn't eat leftovers, ate it three days in a row and we agreed it was still tasty when reheated. Will def make again. Thanks for a simple and filling meal idea.

Salsa Biscuit Chicken

Great tasting. Made this for a meal the 1st time and my husband LOVED it!! Made it for a Bunko gathering too and it got rave reviews. Ran out of Salsa so I replaced it with 1/2 can stewed tomatoes and juice. Turned out great!!! Will make again and again.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2003
This recipe is perfect as an appetizer. I tried it out a couple days before a big gathering and ended up stuffing myself and not having any room left for dinner. This really does taste like a BLT and I can't wait to make it again. Making my mouth water just thinking about it!

Baked Corn I

Had never added sour cream to mine before but was pleasently surprised at how much richer it made this. I love this as a dessert or along side enchiladas. Have and will continue to make again and again.

Fruit Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2004
This recipe is a winner!!!! I made one for a Bunko gathering and it was gone in 10 minutes. I had to make another and they ate that too!! Try topping with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pineapple. I also tinted the second spread with 1/4 cup, canned mandarine orange juice, which flavored it slightly and added a light tint to the spread. ***Hint!!!*** mix the cream cheese until smooth. then add the marshmallow fluff!

Cheeseburger Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
Loved this recipe and so did picky hubby and 3 YO. Only substituted fresh sliced tomatoes from garden right under cheese layer b/c we don't like canned tomatoes. Far exceeded my expectations. Making and keeping in crock pot for potluck tonight. We'll see how well it turns out!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2003
Love it, Love it, Love it. I made this for fun on Saturday this summer. My mother-in-law happened to stop by and try it and couldn't get enough. I think she has passed this recipe on to everyone in her address book. We have added black berries, blue berries, peaches..the list goes on and on. You can substitute with just about anything you have and adding differet preserves changes the flavor just enough to surprise you. Will definately make many times over!

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2003
I have always enjoys work picnic because my boss made these divine, creamy, jalapeno tortillas. I don't care for olives and so left them out but follow the remainder of the recipe to a T. I choose not to rill these up but to layer tortilla, spread, tortilla, spread, etc.. ,refrigerate and slice into wedges with a pizza cutter. I also serve with chunky salsa. I have made these three times, for friends and family, in the last week and have plans to make them for a get together next week.

Apple Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2003
Growing up, if I wanted an apple, all I got was an apple...Not even any peanut butter. This dip was a little sweeter than I had expected but it went well with the tart granny smith apples that I love. My husband does not eat sweets and even he spent a good half hour hovering over the bowl. Excellent! Will make again.

Orange Gelatin Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2007
I remember my mom making this for my 5th birthday and I have loved it ever since. I have made variations with 1 small box of cherry and 1 small box of orange jello. I also prefer to use small curd cottage cheese to cut down on a potential mouth full of cheese-only and usually add additional oranges or a can of pineapple chunks. can't wait to make this same recipe for my kids some day. Thanks
