I have always enjoys work picnic because my boss made these divine, creamy, jalapeno tortillas. I don't care for olives and so left them out but follow the remainder of the recipe to a T. I choose not to rill these up but to layer tortilla, spread, tortilla, spread, etc.. ,refrigerate and slice into wedges with a pizza cutter. I also serve with chunky salsa.
I have made these three times, for friends and family, in the last week and have plans to make them for a get together next week.
