Chili Sauce Chicken

Reviewed: May 31, 2013
surprised this recipe is so underrated. i use water instead of broth or white just for lack of any in the house. i occasionally substitute a half a cup of the chili sauce with duck sauce.i cover the chicken with half of the sauce and bake it covered in the oven for 1.5 hours. i uncover and bake for and additional 1/2 hour, or until golden in color, basting continuously with the remaining mixture. YUM

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
This was delicious. Why doesn't it have more ratings? I had no scallions but the chicken was moist, tender and fell straight off the bone and melted in my mouth leaving behind an amazing after taste.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
This was delicious. I used de-boned thighs, and cut the sugar down to a bit less than 3/4 of a cup and used brown sugar. I may add some ginger next time and a bit more chili paste. I give it a 10/10!
