Shredded Beef for Tacos

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I added 3 tomato sauce instead of 2 but next time I think I will add 4 to make it spicier. The sauce is called Salsa de Pato it's a yellow can with a picture of a duck :D You can also find it in the Hispanic section at your grocery store. I also changed the recipe a little bit I added the rump roast in a pot filled it with water and 6 beef bouillon to give it flavor with half an onion and half a clove of garlic after 40 minutes i took the rump roast out and placed it in my crockpot for 4 hrs super easy i added like 3 cups of the left over beef broth into the pot and the remains of the non cooked half onion and then i followed the recipe so delicious!!!!

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
This was so spicy that it made my nose run lol I loved all the spicy food though so it was actually no biggy!!! The only thing that I did differently was use olive oil before and after applying the seasoning it made it 100 times better and it kept all the seasoning from burning off :D

Spanish Flan

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2010
This is amazing!!! I used 4 eggs instead of 3 and it was pure perfection!!!!! I baked this in a large (glass) baking pan set my two small glass pans with the batter inside and poured hot water into the large glass pan. This will melt the caramel. When the hour was up I took the individual pans with the flan and set them to cool down for about an hour then refrigerate for a day for a really good flan.
