Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
I used a homemade teriyaki sauce and no Mrs. Dash; it was very flavorful with the sauce.

Not too bad, makes sure to bake long enough, use baking soda for some fluffiness.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
If you prepare this ahead of time, the cooking is perfect for easy dinners. It has a very good flavor- sweet and salty. I used celery and carrots fresh for the vegetables. I will keep this in mind for quick nights!

Chocolate Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
These were very chocolaty, I made 2 changes; cutting the sugar in half, and using egg substitute instead of eggs. They turned out pretty good. We decorated them with vanilla sugar icing, that put the sugar back into them! =) Next time, I am going to fill them with peanut butter and make peanut butter cups.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2010
This was a very good pizza crust. We made two pizzas out of it, cheese and margarita, they were both medium size, but the dough tasted really good. I browned it before I put on the toppings.

Basil Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
We loved these burgers! I had some Worcestershire sauce left over that we needed to use up and this fit the bill. We had to squeeze out the sauce before we cooked them or they would have fallen apart, but they went really well and the basil is a nice flavor

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
These cookies were really good, but I made many changes and they turned into more of oatmeal clusters. I used applesauce and egg whites, no salt, doubled the banana and cut the sugar in half, so i wouldn't expect them to turn out exactly the same, but they tasted great anyway. Plus, they were a great, healthy snack!

Chocolate Eclair Squares

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
This was a dessert that I will be a keeper! I love to make things healthy so I used skim milk, chocolate syrup, and lite Cool Whip. Instead of wafers I used all low-fat cinnamon graham crackers. This turned out so good and the cinnamon was a nice touch. I could not stop eating it! I would recommend making it.

Vanilla Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I was stirring it, and the mixture was burnt onto the pan, it made burnt flakes come up into it. We tasted it anyway, the flavor (minus the burnt flakes) was fine.

Lower Fat Fudge Brownies

These were good alternative brownies, but just eat them within 24 hours, they get kind of chewy.
