Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Not too bad, makes sure to bake long enough, use baking soda for some fluffiness.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry
If you prepare this ahead of time, the cooking is perfect for easy dinners. It has a very good flavor- sweet and salty. I used celery and carrots fresh for the vegetables. I will keep this in mind for quick nights!

Chocolate Cupcakes
These were very chocolaty, I made 2 changes; cutting the sugar in half, and using egg substitute instead of eggs. They turned out pretty good. We decorated them with vanilla sugar icing, that put the sugar back into them! =) Next time, I am going to fill them with peanut butter and make peanut butter cups.
